Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (this will be clearly stated on the product page).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — fast.
